Cheating

Yesterday, I went through the po2 sales site to buy an item from an ingame player.
After a while of searching, I found the item and sent the message to the ingame player.
He groups me and I tp in his shelter.
He presents me with the item, I check that it has the three characteristics as on the sales site.
It turns green, I put my items and I validate the transaction.
Once back in my shelter, I want to equip the item and I realize that it no longer has the same characteristics at all.
The player blocked me.
Another player reported this problem.
Have you ever encountered this problem?
Because there, I was purely scammed.
