Pinnacle of flame bossfight bug

So, i did get 3 crisis fragments and started orbiter's fight, he oneshoted me with some attack i clicked respawn button(i had 5 more lives) and then it did nothing. I was stuck watching the boss fighting the air. I quit to char screen and when i come back there is no portals and fight is over and i need to obtain 3 fragments AGAIN. I'm done with this game.................
