Stash tabs - PS5 to PC losing access to tabs after buying on both platforms

I switch between console and ps5 and have a lot more tabs on PC from when I played poe1.

When I played on pc for a bit and went back to console I of course had a lot of remove only tabs. So I paid n console to buy all the tabs that I have on PC. At first this worked and my remove only tabs lost their tags (unless they were in a folder in which case moving them out of the folder removed the remove only tag).

So I figured I could now freely switch between console and PC and use all my tabs.

However, the next time I went to PC to do some inventory management and then went back to PS5 it marked 12 of my tabs remove only and generated 12 new empty premium tabs, even on ones that I didn’t touch on PC.

This is super annoying and I think if I’ve paid for all the tabs on both platforms I should be able to freely swap between them. This is just with premium tabs and the quad tab, special tabs work fine.
