100% completed a map but did not get complete

Did two different Oasis maps with unreachable elites making the map unable to be completed. Walls block off access in one, and in the other an elite spawned in the middle of the water. I suspect it was a flying one that was supposed to fly in when you got close, but it spawned too far away from shore so it didnt aggro me even though i tried to get as close as i could.
