Not getting quest progress for Ascent to power

I have already beaten the first three acts and all three acts in cruel but I cant do maps because it keeps saying I don't have the ascent to power quests and the subsequent ascension quest done but I have already done my first two ascensions quests so no I have a Witch I cant do maps with because it says I havn't completed the storyline. please help. have already restarted game cleared cache everything short of complete uninstall and reinstall.
