Unable to Refund Passives on PS5

I am unable to refund passives from anywhere on the skill tree, including from the furthest out nodes. Any time I click “Refund” it takes the cursor back to the first “Energy Shield” node (I am playing as a sorc).

Incredibly annoying as I can’t adjust my build.
