Introduce drop enhancing modifiers for private leagues

Hi,

This is both about PoE1 and PoE2 but since PoE2 doesn't have private leagues yet I made a thread here.

What I would very much want in practice is some form of vanilla SSF option. For those that feels like trade kinda ruins the game and diminishes it to repetative currency grind, who wants to craft their own equipment entirely but don't want / can't no-lifeing the game. SSF is there yes but to get anywhere you have to play like 10 hours a day. I figured that probably the easiest way to achieve this is to ask for a private league modifier (other difficulty decreasing modifiers would also make sense to me but thats not what I am personally interested in). I am aware that this would make my chars impossible to migrate and I don't mind. I could also imagine that it would raise consern that ppl would pretend that their achievments in this modified version are from the real thing ( in screenshots, videos whatever ). There could be a big red EASY MODE watermark on the top left corner or sg like that to prevent that.

It would be really great to get some response from ggg if they would consider sg like this, maybe with a single line reasoning if not.
