PS5 Loot Filter - Not showing/Working

Hiya folks,

I'm having an issue with PS5 loot filters populating AND/OR showing up in the options menu.

Things I've tried/done:
- PS5 & Steam accounts linked to POE
- Followed / Copied numerous loot filters
- PS5 Cache/Rebuild
- Installed POE1 - set a loot filter. Exit game/close and enter POE2
- Logged into website w/ POE & PS5 accounts individually to test following/copying of numerous loot filters.

Unsure where to go next with this issue. Numerous "fixes" are posted on forums and most haven't worked, but would like some guidance to resolve this functionality issue.
