Flask use is toggling my blasphemy on and off.

This may have something to do with blasphemy being only used during a weapon swap.
I have confirmed it is in fact my flask, it triggers the skill equip/unequip sound.

Edit: It may be related to my flask removing mana on use? I'm using blood magic build and that flask prefix may be interacting with spirit somehow.

If i use a life flask it will reenable blasphemy after swap.
