Can't pick up items.

Ever since yesterday I'll see and hear something drop but don't know what it is nor can I hover to see or pick it up. It's just a light and that's it. I've tried multiple characters the same for all of them. I'm not playing until this is fixed. No point I can't pick anything up!!!!!!!!!!

Update! Apparently you can toggle being able to see the loot! After 500 hours I never Knew that was a thing! Apparently I messed up! I'm pretty sure I lost a Unique and a Divine orb last night because of this! Don't accidentally toggle the eye!!!
