Issue with Character Not Loading in Path of Exile2

Hello Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue where one of my characters is stuck during the loading screen and does not load into the game. Other characters work fine and load without any problems, but this specific character gets stuck.

Could you please move my character to a safe zone (like a town) or reset the instance it is currently in? I believe the issue might be related to the zone where the character is located.

Hi Support Team,

I wanted to let you know that the issue with my character has been resolved. I tested it, and everything seems to be working fine now.

However, I would appreciate it if you could advise me on how to avoid similar problems in the future. For example, should I always return to the main hub before exiting the game or take any other precautions?
