BIG LAG AND GAME+PC CRASH DURING LOADING SCREEN

Hello, i may not be the first to say it, but there is a lag problem in Bulgaria with the game. All my friends complain about it, for sure you are aware, but there is a crash in the game (that crashes the PC as well, not every time but at least once a day, usually when the lag is big, today it hapens 3 times in a row for that i am writing this post) during loading screen (when i go in a map or change towns) at time to time the PC freezes, no alt+f4 no ctrl+alt+del no mouse movment, noting... only hard reset of the PC works. This happens only with this game and happens with friends as well (so its not from my PC which i pre-install, upgrade the video card and ram to try to solve the issue, but apperanty its from the game). Please give our small group of friends hopes that the servers will be stable for our part of EU and solve this SOLID crash that crashed the PC as well :D
