Purchased stash tabs not showing up [SOLVED]

I purchased 6 stash tabs in PoE2 to take advantage of the sale they were on. The coins were deducted from my account, but the tabs are not showing up in game. Have already sent an e-mail to support with no response. Would appreciate getting what I paid for, or at least getting a refund of the game currency I lost. Thank you
