Stormweaver "Strike Twice" bug found.

When using: Radiant Grief Lace hood.
And stormfire support gem (Shock has infinite duration on ignited targets.)
The SECOND shock applied from stormweavers STRIKE TWICE even if it comes from the same skill that applied the first with stormfire. The second SHOCK still has a duration and is not infinite.
