Sorcery ward timer resets when max ward amount changes

The tooltip says it recharges when the barrier stops taking damage (or is fully depleted) but any number of effects that change your maximum evasion/armor and therefore your maximum sorcery ward will reset the timer if the ward is already partially depleted.

This bug can be reproduced by taking notable passives like Catlike Agility or Freedom of Movement and dodge rolling, or having the High Alert passive and losing health via non-elemental damage.

The ability doesn't actually check whether or not you took damage, it checks whether or not the difference between current ward and max ward has changed.
