Attention for sickness triggering

I was playing Path of Exile 2 and this MTX was being used there. I believe this is one of the MTX converted from POE1.

This MTX with eyes in the footprints can make people playing feel sick.

Please GGG could you verify if this is something that should be in the game?

I believe this type of MTX can trigger people's phobias and cause sickness.
