Faridun City Ritual Altar Bug

I was doing a ritual altar in the Faridun City map, but after killing all of the monsters the ritual never completed. I surveyed the area for 2 minutes but no new monsters spawned in and the ritual never ended. I tried leaving the area and coming back, but it still didn't resolve. I had to give up on the map and open new one.

This ritual was located near the area with the terracotta warriors and in the ritual site I was doing, it looked like there were stationary terracotta warriors in the ritual site that were not moving. This might be a specific bug where on this map if a terracotta warrior is in the ritual zone, the ritual will mark it as an enemy and not conclude, even if the warriors are not spawning in. The map I was using was also instilled with delirium emotions (not sure this had an affect, but could be related).
