ardura caravan well empty

hello,

i noticed recently that the well in the ardura caravan (act 2 town) often has the "empty" graphic. when i use my warrior character, the well gets the "full" graphic when i change weapon sets to "II", then goes back to empty when i change the weapon set back to "I". i've noticed on other characters that the well just sometimes shows "full" without me doing anything in particular.

please fix, as it seems like it should always show "full"; at least until after the player refills flasks.
