BUG: "Distilled Despair" not working when applied to waystones.

The item description of the distilled emotion "Distilled Despair" reads the following: 30% increased stack size of simulacrum splinters found in area.

This is not the case at all. I have been running maps with this instilled on them x3 times. This should put you at a minimum of 90% increased stack size, however it's usualy higher due to modifier multipliers from the atlas tree etc. And yet I am still only getting 2 splinters per drop with the atlas passive "Would you like to see my face?" which is the default stack size. This is a fairly costly distilled emotion for alot of people in the current economy and it gives you zero returns apart from the increased deliriousness of the map.

Please fix <3

How to reproduce the bug:

1. Apply "Distilled Despair" to a tier 11+ waystone, 3 times so it reaches 90% splinter stack size.
2. Learn "Grueling Journey" in the atlas passive tree or other modifier multipliers to push it beyond even 100% stack size.
3. Learn "Would you like to see my face?" in the atlas passive tree.
4. Kill the delirious monsters and watch the stack size stay at the default x2 from the passive point in step 3.

This has been tested on the "Bluff" tower layout with a tier 15 waystone.
