Volatic Mark does not explode when the mob dies 40%+ of the time.

When using Rain of Arrows and Stormcaller Arrow to kill mobs marked with Voltaic it often does not explode.

The reason I know it has not exploded is because there is no visual effect and the mobs around them do not lose any health.

This makes me sad.
