Hit by hand of xesht nowhere near where the hand landed.

I just got killed by the falling hand of xesht that shows the hand outline on the floor. I rolled to the side of it when it fell as I have done every time before but this time it hits me when it lands. My character is an inch away from the hand on screen when it hits the floor, to the left hand side of the fingers. It should definitely not have hit me. Something is wrong with its hitbox. I had no problem with it any other time in the fight. Maybe it doesnt register correctly when down one of the side hallways? It was nowhere near me, I've been closer to it and not been hit at all.
