No loot

I’m on USA Standard and doing maps and getting ZERO loot, nothing is dropping, please help

I redownload the game and not using any item filters and still no loot is showing up not even chests do not highlight when get near them and I click on them and zero loot from them, no loot from mobs and bosses, I can’t keep playing this till its fixed, please help

This is for Path of Exiles 2

Everything is working correctly now.
