Gas Grenade losing trigger support gems on weapon swap

Gas Grenade does not activate support gems with the 'trigger' tag such as Armour Explosion or Bursting Plague when weapon swapping to something other than crossbow after the grenade is fired.

May effect other lingering skills such as gas arrow but I have not tested.
