breach splinters

i completed the campaign on my warrior and for some reason i dont drop breach slpinters when i do breach in my maps on warrior. im lvl 71 and i have 6 passive point into my ascendancy. idk if its somethings wrong with the game or i messed something up somehow message me back whenever you get a chance thank you GGG. also this is in poe 2
