Unable to move while using Meditate and click to move controls.

When using WASD controls, you are able to move slowly while channeling Meditate. If you use click to move controls, channeling Meditate halts you in place and if you click your mouse to move it will cancel the Meditate.

Also please allow us the ability to bind mouse1 to move only while using WASD controls.
