Never got T-shirt! Support Ghosting me!!!!

So I am starting to get a bit frustrated here. This is like the 4th or 5th time I email support and I get no response? Tian from your GGG Team asked for more info in my last email interaction and I responded to her with the requested info. After I sent the info and several follow up emails I still have yet to hear back from support?

This is very disconcerting and frustrating. Please respond and let me know why I haven't received a t-shirt? Why is there a delay? I just want a response and a timeline? Otherwise refund me for my entire purchase of the Thaumaturge of the Vaal Supporter Pack and the extra cost I paid for the shipping of the T-shirt!. Come on guys it has been almost 7 weeks!!!!!!
