Can't play the game "Failed to connect to instance"

As the title describes the problem, I'm keep getting kicked out of the game with a message says "Failed to connect to instance". Sometimes it lets me load into my character and when I go through a portal games kicks me out or never even lets me load into my character and kicks me out. It just started today, wasn't there yesterday.
