[Corrupted] Rattling Sceptre - Unable to socket supports

When using a Corrupted Ratting Sceptre you are unable to socket any support gems on the built in Skeletal Warriors.

Even with the stat requirements met and the support not being used on any other active skill gem, it doesn't let you socket anything.

*** Fixed - It seems that if the weapon has the affix of reduced stat requirements, you might be able to equip the item while at the same time unable to meet that stats required for the built in skills so you would be unable to socket support gems. ***
