Can't use Ember Fusillade anymore

While playing with Ember Fusillade and Dusk Vigil (the gem and the skill from the staff), I somehow created a bug where I can't see Ember Fusillade in my action bar, and I can't use it. I also can't see info on either of the 2 instances of skill.

From the skill menu and the "Use with weapon set" part of the extra info, it is bugged with + and - covering the relevant part of the screen.

These bugs continue with or without having Dusk Vigil equiped and even after disconnecting and reconnecting.

Update :

Just tested to equip another Ember Fuisillade from my stash (a level 7 one compared to the level 5 that didn't work), and this one is working. It seems like only that one level 5 Ember Fuisillade is not working.
