You can use multiple of the same gem

There's a discussion going on to determine if this is a bug or not.
The use cases are so limited and so broken that I'm definitely leaning towards this being unintended.

Mostly looking at you, Tempest Bell. For some reason it doesn't function like the totems for this purpose, despite saying limit.
