Delirious Instilled maps not dropping anything in Delirium

I ran one instilled map yesterday, and another one today, both finished everything on the map (0 monsters remain, map complete), but nothing dropped. Even if I teleported to the hideout and came back nothing changes.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
