Trial of sekhemas missing from both acts and invisible Barbara on maps

I had just started a new build for deadeye i was flying thru the acts and ppl joined an helped might have skipped parts idk but I can not access trails of sekhemas and doesn't show on any of the act 2s, I did a map and it had Barbara as a boss and as soon as it was about to die poision filled the arena and it went insensible and looked like it was trying to drop a coin. The trials don't show up on the map and fallowing accent to power only leads me back to traitors passage cave.
