Missing crafting bench

My first time playing an arpg. I tried to play with as little help as possible. I completed the Renly quest with the tools. However, I never placed the crafting bench and I deleted my character. My second character has reached the end game. I don't have a crafting bench and the command /claim_crafting_benches does nothing for me.

There is no crafting bench in poe2
