Lost a Simulacrum before I even started it.

Bought a Simulacrum and then opened it. Game froze during load screen. Restarted my computer and opened the game only to find no Simulacrum portals in my hideout and the Simulacrum is not in my bank and the currency I just used to purchase it is still gone.
