Missing 40 spirit

I have completed the entire campaign and only have 60 spirit.
Killed the Mist King and The Azak Bog in both standard and cruel difficulty. Clearly I am missing the item from Azak Bog at Cruel difficulty. I have killed her 5 times now and the item wont drop for me. How can we fix this?  Last bumped on Jan 27, 2025, 12:19:00 PM
