Morior invictus grand regala bug

Hello my friend bought a morior invictus grand regala with the stats +to all elemental resistances per socketed rune, and he made sure 100% that was the stat when he was trading in the trade tab. But when he puts the armour on, the stat literally changes to +global defences. And this is very frustrating for him and we cant seem to as why that happened. He literally bought another one, with the same stats, and he made sure 100% in the trade tab it was the right stats and wasnt getting scammed, but the second he puts it on it changes from +all elemental resistances to +global defences and that is very frustrating as they were very expensive sets of armour.
