Freezing Culls

When Cull markers appears, game freezing hard for 1-2 sec, with fast rewind after, like it was network lag. its going worse when there is more then one mobs ready for cull.

Weapon used: Wand of Absorption with Power Siphon skill
UI language: russian
UI mode: gamepad (xbox)

when I tried to chanche UI mode or language, to check dependencies, after restarting the game the issue was resolved.
