Lighting conduit modifiers not showing on cast on shock ps5

The lighting conduit modifiers I got from my buffs are not showing when I have it equipped on cast on shock. It shows if I remove it and place it into my skills.
This works on pc, but only seems to affect console players. This is heavily affecting my damage output as losing out on around 8 skill levels , PLEASE FIX
