Scroll Wheel breaks for Quests panel when you click an Act/Endgame Tab. Fixes if you left-click map

1- Open the World map with keybind or map device.

2- Click to a different Act/Endgame.

3- Click to expand the Quests panel.

4- Hover the mouse over the Quests panel. Note how scroll wheel doesn't work.

5- Left click anywhere on the map. Scroll wheel now works over Quests panel.
