Melting Maelstrom Final Hit removing Tailwind Stacks

Hi, the final hit of Melting Maelstrom removes all Tailwind stacks which seems like a bug since similar Mana and Health flask effects and self-damaging effects do not remove the stacks. The 15% mana removed from life flasks do not knock off Tailwind stacks. This makes the flask virtually unusable for a Deadeye. Thank you.
