"release lightning bolts which deals Attack damage" should be "release lightning bolts which deal attack damage"



"Lightning bolts" is a plural noun. "deals" could be correct here, but it would give the tooltip a different meaning. If the lightning bolts are what deal damage, then the correct word is "deal".

Also, the second comma in this tooltip description should be omitted.
