Key Binding Bug

Cannot bind mouse wheel scroll up and mouse wheel scroll down.
Should be able to bind them to skills.
Game does not detect when listening for key to bind.

Mousewheel zoom unchecked works, but mouse scroll still wont bind.

Please fix.
