Shockburst Rounds Skill Bug - Explosive Shot Deadeye Build Unplayable

Hi,

I've encountered a significant bug that affects the Shockburst Rounds skill, and I believe it needs urgent attention.

I play as a Explosive Shot Deadeye that relies on swapping skills between different crossbows. Before the recent patch (0.1.1b), I could assign Explosive Shot to my first crossbow and Shockburst Rounds to the second crossbow without any issues. However, after the update, Shockburst Rounds no longer functions correctly and I just noticed that.

Here's what happens:

• When I try to assign Shockburst Rounds to the second crossbow, the skill breaks and becomes unusable.
• If I relearn the skill, it temporarily works but causes me to lose sockets for slots 3, 4, and 5, which results in a significant loss of resources/currencies.

As a result, the game has become unplayable for me. I've tried several troubleshooting steps, including:

• Restarting the game multiple times.
• Removing and re-adding the same skill.
• Swapping skills around.
• Swapping different type of crossbows.

Unfortunately, none of these attempts have resolved the issue. I've also noticed that the Shockburst Rounds skill tooltip gets replaced with another skill's tooltip, which might hint at a deeper problem.
