Items disapearing from inventory POE2

Hi, so there was a radom outage at poe2 and I lost all the items in my inventory, along side my friend. Not including a good enchanted map. What happened?

That sounds like it was a server crash. In this type of situation, your character and inventory get returned to the last server-side save point ("rollback").
There is nothing that you can do about this. 😹😹😹😹😹

Same problem 1:27 the game connection is gone and after i login all items is gone and map change to normal
