Herald of Ice doesn't work with Delirium mobs

As the title says, I believe this is because they don’t leave a corpse to shatter. This isn't good for builds that rely on this skill. I don’t think there should be a mechanic that prevents certain builds from completing it, so I assume this is an unintentional bug.
