Bug-pale stitched stalker keeps reviving

I was on map and had 3 pale-stitched stalkers keep reviving on my and chase me to end of the world. I killed the elites and they still keep coming and eventually killed me. I feel like i just wasted a good Waystone on this map. In addition, the map was irradiated. Anyone else have this issue happen?
