Guild Stash Tab Purchase "Purchase Failed, Deal Does Not Exist"

When trying to buy guild stash tabs and quad stash tabs at this time when you hit confirm it gives the message "Purchase Failed, Deal Does Not Exist".

If you attempted to purchase them shortly before your post, the sale actually ended an hour before your bug report post (at 7PM EST or midnight UTC). :(

If you were intending to buy stash tabs during the stash sale, be aware that it happens every third weekend and the prices are always the same.

Yes but there is no option to pay full price. So there's no way to buy them right now as it seems.

I should ask to confirm - are you the leader of your guild in POE2? Guilds were not transferred from POE1 to POE2.

I see the Guild MTX category in POE2, but I have not re-created my guild in the game so can't see what it offers.


In POE, only the Guild Leader can purchase Guild MTX for their guild and they do so by using points that have been donated to the guild by guild members. The guild has its own point balance.

The leader has to accept those donations before the points may be spent on the guild (with some consequences such as not being able to kick the donating member for a certain period of time).


There have been a number of players experiencing issues with the guild donation process on the website, so it may be worth exploring related issues.
