Stuck at 4 ascention points, and bugged i think

I did the first ascention, all good, got my 2 points, then a high levels guild mate took some of us to a higher level one... all good, got those 2 points...

Been stuck at 4 every since.

Every single token of djinn or inscribed ultimatum, of every level, area levels, all say will not grant ascention points...

I also can not control click on trial of sek to try to reset..

please help me out here, lvl 87 and still stuck at 4 ascention.
