My spark skill got bugged

I was equipping a second weapon set (wand/focus) and swapped between my (bow/quiver) and my game crashed a few times between weapon swap. And once i got in and the game was stable between weapon swaps it nulled my level 19 spark gem +20%qual with 5 support gems.

Now i cannot cast my main spell anymore and cannot play the game. Please help unbug this. I believe it may be caused by the support gem capacity between the two item sets which lowered my dex between them.
