well I run 11 auras as a acolyte of chayula including all the small 20 spirit auras like vitality/clarity/herbalism that you slot into other persistent skills.

none of them have increased effect, and it's more than just tooltip, I just tested my life recovery from flask and I get the exact same amount back with and without the bolstering presence passive. I was wondering if some of the bigger buff skills have hard break points for increasing effect so I tested the smaller ones, herbalism should definitely have a quantifiable gain you can literally measure from increased aura effect.
